How should I prepare my device for service ?
  1. Remove cases and accessories, no need to hand over your charger.
  2. Whenever possible, make a backup of your data. We may need to erase your device during service.
  3. Disable Find My Mac/iPhone/iPad for service.
  4. If you have any doubts, resolve them first with your advisor.
What is included and how much does diagnosis cost ?
  1. Disinfection and external cleaning.
  2. External and internal visual inspection.
  3. Laboratory test results
  4. Photographic evidence
  5. Recommendations and repair estimate(s)
  6. Advice from an Apple certified technician.
  7. All this for $699 MXN


How long will it take ?


You will receive a diagnosis report with everything included within 3 business days.


We depend on your authorization to request replacement parts from Apple.


Once parts arrive you can allow 2 business days for them to be replaced and tested (yes, we re-run all the tests to verify that the problem has been resolved).
